Expenses

The main recurring expense is the Rainbow Valley Homeowners Assn (RVHA) yearly assessment which recently was about $1000 for the year.

Other recurring expenses include:
*Monthly Propane Tank Rental $8 / month

Depending on weather and other wear, there are occassional assesments for the road to be regraded. Since the last grading, there were significant improvments in the drainage, so the road has remained in very good shape over the last two years.

Other occassional expenses could be:
*Oiling the deck and the house
*Painting the trim on windows
*Restocking the wood pile (renter is responsible for replenshing wood used).
